We are looking for experienced sales individuals to join our high performing sales team in offering our award-winning SaaS solutions, Salt Adaptive™ and Salt Compliance LMS™, to clients across Australia and New Zealand.

You’ll work within our dynamic sales and marketing team, contacting stakeholders in HR, L&D, Compliance, Risk, and other roles, completing product demonstrations to show prospective clients how our eLearning solutions can help them to manage and streamline their employee training processes.

Online training should be simple. Our clients use Salt Learning to create, deploy, maintain, and report on their eLearning.  We also offer a range of curated libraries of training content as well as custom eLearning development services.

What are we looking for?

A high performing Business Development Manager capable of:

  • Working smartly to maximise opportunity via outbound calls, email, and marketing insight tools to maximise deal value through multi solution product offerings.
  • Ensuring the sales pipeline is managed daily to promote a dynamic, fast paced sales cycle. Tracking deals in CRM and monitoring the deal pipeline with management.
  • Engaging with decision makers at all levels from various industries, building effective relationships by use of probing questioning, clarification, and listening.
  • Adding value to every client interaction by positively and enthusiastically discussing our company, brand, values, and products & services
  • Developing deep product knowledge to understand how our solutions can help solve our clients’ problems.

The right person will have

  • Experience selling in B2B or B2C roles, with any experience selling SaaS a plus!
  • Pro-active and self-motivated attitude towards working to targets.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Good business acumen, articulate, able to manage themselves.

Your day-to-day will see you:

  • Uncovering and nurturing opportunities. Working closely with marketing to take them through the sales journey.
  • Working closely with your sales manager and Customer Success team, developing deep product knowledge and how to position our products accordingly. 
  • You’ll plan and execute on your sales territory and manage your pipeline in the CRM, all the time building authentic client relationships and a solid referral base. 
  • Working with the content sales team to provide clients with a wholistic solution.

The Role

GRC Solutions are looking for a Test Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our award-winning compliance learning management system and content authoring platform by applying your knowledge of quality assurance testing while contributing to the company culture.

You will work closely with our Application Development team where you will be primarily responsible for developing and executing test cases, reviewing the results and proposing solutions to resolve any defects.

It is important for you in this role that you develop deep product knowledge, to apply your extensive quality assurance testing to ensure that our software is developed and deployed to the highest possible standard.

This role is offered as a full-time position and will be based in our Sydney office. You must have the right to work in Australia to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of experience as a Test Analyst focussed on quality automated and manual testing
  • Ensure the software meets the business and clients’ expectations
  • Analyse user stories and requirements for validity, turning requirements in to use cases
  • Develop and execute scripts for test cases
  • Manage end-to-end testing of both platforms
  • Develop automated test scripts
  • Execute all levels of testing
  • Identify, track and manage all defects for project improvement
  • Be self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team mindset
  • Liaise with all levels of the business for further user acceptance testing
  • Liaise with clients for their user acceptance testing
  • Experience with API testing
  • You understand how to use a bug management system
  • Work closely with our Application Development teams to ensure on time delivery of projects
  • Provide support and documentation
  • Provide recommendations for continual improvement
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to multitask

Skill/Competency Requirements:

  • Degree in software engineering, computer science or other industry experience
  • Experience in testing applications
  • Strong understanding of ReactJS, HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, dotNet.
  • Good understanding of user accessibility requirements
  • Solid knowledge with software development lifecycle and modern web security practices
  • Good experience of development in Agile environment
  • Experience with other learning systems will be an advantage
  • Business Analyst experience will be advantageous to the role
